Every piece of jewellery we create is crafted with care, purity, and precision. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The original bill/invoice, certificate of authenticity, and original packaging are returned along with the product.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
Please note:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
If approved, you may be asked to:
- Bring the product to our Panduranga Jewellers showroom in Hangal, or
- Ship it securely using a trusted, insured courier service (if applicable).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
- For purchases made via cash or UPI in-store, refunds will be issued in person or through bank transfer.
Note: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchange options for eligible products:
- You can exchange your jewellery for another design or similar value.
- Any price difference (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly.
- Exchanges must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, purity, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or engraved jewellery
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items purchased during special discount offers or clearance sales
7. In-Store Purchases
Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases are accepted as per showroom policy.
Customers are encouraged to confirm all details (weight, design, and price) at the time of purchase.
